V5 Power.
With the Börner V5 Power you'll now work faster, more precise and safer then ever. The different slice inserts provide 10 different cut options: You can now cut slices in 4 different thicknesses, strips in 4 different thicknesses and dices in 2 sizes.

The Börner V5 Power comes in 3 fresh colours for you to choose.

Height adjustable slice insert.


With the 4 fold height adjustable slice insert you can cut thick, medium and thin slices. Simply select 3, 2, 1 or 0 for the corresponding notch.

At level 3 you can cut slices about 5 mm thick. Always use the safety fruit holder for safe cutting with few remainders.

Level 2 of the slice insert is for medium slices, no matter whether you’re slicing fruits or vegetables. Work continuously and without pressure for perfect results.

Change to level 1 of the insert for very thin slices and cabbage strips.

For storing and childproofing just select 0 and press the STOP symbol.
Safety fruit holder.


The safety fruit holder allows to work fast, precise and safe. By using the safety fruit holder you receive consistent slices with very few remainders.
The different slice inserts.


At level 2 of the 7 mm slice insert you can cut both root vegetables and asparagus into thick slices and make homemade french fries.

At level 1 you get strips about 3.5 mm thick. Level 1 also allows you to dice just by turning your hand by a quarter. With the patented mechanism you can dice without having to cut up the vegetables in advance.

For even thinner strips and dices you can use the 3.5 mm insert which also provides 2 levels of thickness.
Cleaning and storage.


After using the inserts just rinse them in clear water. You can dry each insert in the new storage box. The water runs off into the base. Pour it out and the insert is ready for storage.

The inserts are held in place by sliding up the side flaps. That keeps them firmly in the box and it is child safe, too, so you can keep the box safe in a drawer and safe space as well.

You can connect the box to your V5 Power and store it in your drawer or use it as a stand to display it decoratively in your kitchen.
